I am sorry if I put this in the wrong place.

I am here today looking for a better ad source...

I run a WoW blog that revolves around twinking. It's getting really nice traffic now and I want to move on past the google ads that seem to put mainly gold seller ads up. I am against gold sellers and all, but I am getting to the point where traffic is actually affecting some of my other (larger, non-wow) sites.

With Google Analytics only tracking blog traffic for the last two weeks, here are my numbers since Feb 23, 2009.

Visits - 63,000
Page views - 176,000

Traffic Sources:
Direct Traffic 34,522.00 (56.76%)
Search Engines 17,066.00 (28.06%)
Referring Sites 9,234.00 (15.18%)

The forums are quite active too, so I can't wait to see what I see once the numbers roll in... I added the tracking code to the forums today.

Anyhow, does anyone know any reputable ad brokers that work with gaming sites/blogs or have any other suggestions?

Let me also say that I am no into any "deceiving" ad methods like popups, etc.

I'm not sure. I'm avoiding putting adds up on my newer blog site because I refuse to put up adds with goldselling spam if I can avoid it.

I get enough gold spam in-game, I don't really want it on my blog.

I highly recommend Project Wonderful for ads. I've only used them from the ad-buying side, and I've had great success with them that way; sites like Sinfest and PVP use them from the ad-selling side too, and have for a while now, so I imagine that side of it works pretty well too.

AdsDaq.com is what I have been using lately (wish they had an aff link haha =P)

They integrate nicely with your Adsense ads, aka, when AdsDaq can´t display an ad for any reason, it will show your Adsense ads.

AdsDaq is CPM though, meaning you aren´t getting paid per click, just for ad impressions.

I have been looking for cleaner solutions, but it really seems to be that the way to go is to sell direct advertising on your blog, at a monthly rate.

I was making maybe $10 to $20 on a good month from ads, but by simply selling the same ad slots directly to people have made a couple hundred.

Good luck though.
