So tell me what do you wordpress folks use as an interface client for writing your posts?

I am currently using Windows Live Writer but I am not sure I like it. I would like to hear from my fellow Wordpress Posters and see what client you guys use.

PS My site is self hosted so wordpress.com built in items are not really an option for me.

I use the Deepest Sender addon for Firefox. I find it works quite well. :)

I use a simple pen and paper to write out my posts and sketch out my ideas =).

When I'm ready to transfer it onto the web, I use a Firefox plugin called ScribeFire. Sometimes, I'll need to go and fix around some stuff so that involves logging into my dashboard and getting my hands dirty there.

Recently I have been using TinyMCE Advanced.

Advantages:
- other wordpress addons can plug into it (tables, mail forms, SEO, etc)
- each author doesn't have to install browser addons
- you can blog from anywhere

Disadvantages:
- it's quirky
- not as fast as a browser addon

I write mostly in a text editor, copy and paste it into MCE, and then use it for any specialized markup.
