Other Information: I work long hours and have to chase two children around most evenings. In my opinion this prevents me from being in a progression raiding guild. I have explored some resource to maximize my performance in the content that I can run and I felt the need to share. Basically my targets are busy parents that don't want to get kicked from 5 mans or PUG raids.
