 Post subject: Plugin Noob Question!

At the risk of sounding like a noob blogger (which I am anyway :D ), I was trying to install a Plugin last night. The odd thing was, I could not find a "Plugin" tab on my Dashboard. I am probably looking in the wrong place, however everything I have seen says it should be right there on your main page. Sorry if this has been asked before, I searched but could not find the exact answer to my question.

There should be some menu that goes appearance, plugins, users, tools, settings. If you can't see it, check if you have admin rights :)

You won't be able to install plugins that are not a part of your template if you are using a free (name.wordpress.com) account.
